Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston have been looking for movie projects together since last year - "We'd have a blast doing a movie together," Pitt told Hot Stuff in March. But unbelievably, some top Hollywood casting agents think that the couple had more potential for onscreen chemistry before they started dating. The couple were "wish-listed" to play lovers in the film adaptation of Olivia Goldsmith's book Bad Boy back in 1998. Now that the film is ready to start production, execs at Paramount are concerned that Pitt and Aniston won't have enough onscreen sex appeal, according to industry insiders. Maybe a movie romance would be too easy to predict - after all, we know the ending in real life. They could always record an album together instead - both Pitt and Aniston play guitar and often perform impromptu duets at home, say friends.
Sandra's Music Man
Sandra Bullock is standing by her man. The "Miss Congeniality" star
came out to support her beau of more than a year, guitarist Bob
Schneider, when he did a recent showcase at Tonic, a small lounge
in New York. For the all-important performance, where Schneider was
trying to impress record execs who might sign him to a label,
Bullock brought along a small troop of friends who clapped and
swayed to the folk-rock music, trying to rouse the low-key audience
to support Schneider. No word yet on whether he got himself a
deal.
The Devil and Alec Baldwin
It could have something to do with his new bachelorhood, but Alec
Baldwin has been turning up the heat in his latest movie. While
directing a scene from "The Devil & Daniel Webster," a remake
of the 1941 film of the same name, at the chic Cerruti boutique on
New York's Upper East Side, Baldwin suddenly stopped shooting
because he thought that the female sales help didn't look sexy
enough. Baldwin had them change into skimpier attire, a source
tells Hot Stuff. Baldwin also spruced up his own wardrobe:
He liked the 10 shirts that his character buys in the scene so
much, he bought them for himself when the shoot wrapped later in
the day.
