Not only did Jamiroquai receive the most nominations for the 1997 MTV Video Music Awards, but Judy McGrath, president of MTV, just announced that the funky English pop group will also perform during the live event.

Joining Jamiroquai on the lineup are Puff Daddy, who currently sits on top of the Billboard Top 200 Album charts with his release No Way Out, and the Wallflowers.

The show, which airs September 4 live from Radio City Music Hall, will also feature performances by U2, Beck and the Spice Girls. (AB)
