Posted Oct 14, 1997 12:00 AM

Jamiroquai kicked off a U.S. tour Sept. 29 at Philadelphia's Electric Factory, as reported in JAMTV, on Sept. 26. At that time, it looked like the English funky pop group was only going to play a few dates along the eastern seaboard, but that's all changed.|

The group, led by Jason Kay, have added a few more dates to their tour, according to the Work Group. The first leg of the tour ended last week in Miami and Jamiroquai will rest up for a few weeks before sliding through a few more U.S. towns.

Jamiroquai will head to (Viva) Las Vegas Nov. 22 to open the Rolling Stones Bridges To Babylon tour when it hits the MGM Grand Garden Arena. (Ari Bendersky)

More Jamiroquai dates:

  • Nov. 19 - Universal Amphitheatre, Los Angeles
  • Nov. 22 - MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas (w/ the Stones)
  • Nov. 24 - Mammoth Events Center, Denver
  • Nov. 26 - Aragon Ballroom, Chicago
  • Nov. 28 & 29 - State Theater, Detroit
