Soundtracks mixing old and recently recorded love songs are all too common, but this one for the Jack Nicholson and Diane Keaton comedy clicks, especially in the dining room or boudoir. Seductive French chanson dominates, but Astrud Gilberto's bossa nova, Django Reinhardt's guitar jazz and the Flamingos' doo-wop also cuddle sweetly together. Sole bad idea: Nicholson singing "La Vie en Rose."
