Indigos "Becoming" to Town

Acoustic Duo tour kicks off February 1st

The Indigo Girls will hit the road in February for their Acoustic Duo Tour in support of Become You, their tenth release in a career spanning fifteen years.

The Girls will be joined by country singer-songwriter Kim Richey for the first seven dates, and Neko Case will open on February 6th. Fellow Atlantans Cordero will then take over opening duties until February 17th, and Paul Melancon will serve as opener for the remainder of the tour.

Just before the Girls' tour, Amy Ray will play three shows with the riot grrl trio the Butchies in their respective home states, Georgia and North Carolina. And on March 22nd, the Girls will play the Lyrics for Life benefit show at Atlanta's Tabernacle with Sister Hazel and Edwin McCain. All proceeds will go to STOP! Children's Cancer, Atlanta's Camp Sunshine and Rock and Against Cancer.
