Hear it Now
The OC sounds hipper than it looks: It's debatable whether the moody likes of Scotland's the Reindeer Section reflect something intangible about the show's fantasy of Orange County, but still it's refreshing to hear TV erring on this side of offbeat with bouncy tracks by the Futureheads, the New Pornographers leader A.C. Newman, Beck, Pinback and Modest Mouse.
