Album Reviews
Even with two CDs and twenty songs, this live album doesn't sum up this nearly decade-old British quintet the way fans might hope - by keeping the grooves messy, Gomez shortchange the shimmering, Brit-poppy quirks that have made their albums unique. That said, these jams and ballads have a ramblin'-lad appeal all their own, and Gomez prove they can play their instruments without showing off.
