(NEW YORK) - New music from both Massive Attack
and Goldie are the highlights of the soundtrack to
Universal Pictures' The Jackal.| The
Richard Gere/Bruce Willis/Sidney Poitier vehicle,
an adaptation of the 1973 film "The Day Of The Jackal," includes
Massive Attack's grinding, groaning "Superpredators" (Metal
Postcard Mix) as well as drum 'n' bass man Goldie's retooling of
Bush's "Swallowed" and his collaboration with
J Majik, "Sunray." Other artists featured on the
electronica-heavy set, to street Oct. 28 on MCA,
are Prodigy, L.T. J. Bukem, Apollo Four Forty and
BT with Richard Butler. "The Jackal" arrives in
theaters Nov. 8.
