After four years of riding the burgeoning Nineties-nostalgia concert circuit, the reunited Gin Blossoms have decided to release a new album, their first since 1996. The single and high point of the LP is "Learning the Hard Way," a catchy middle-of-the-road number in the same vein as "Till I Hear It From You." The rest is subpar Adult Alternative that fails to invoke the spirit of 1994 Top Forty radio.
