LEANN RIMES, THIRD EYE BLIND, GEORGE CLINTON and the rest of the Ben and Jerry's One World One Heart Festival, scheduled for this weekend in upstate New York, is cancelled. The event, which moved once, reportedly sold only around 1,000 of its 30,000 tickets . . . 50 CENT, MARILYN MANSON, STAIND and LUDACRIS lead the lineup for this year's Voodoo Music fest, scheduled for New Orleans from October 31st to November 2nd. Also on the bill are CYPRESS HILL, the ROOTS, PAUL OAKENFOLD, QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, the DONNAS, GOV'T MULE and ROBERT RANDOLPH . . .
