Doves Take Flight in September

North American itinerary set in support of "Last Broadcast"

British rockers the Doves will kick off their second North American tour of the year September 7th in Chicago, the first of a month's worth of club and theater dates. The tour, which comes in continued support of their second release, this year's The Last Broadcast, is scheduled to wrap up with a pair of Los Angeles shows October 8th and 9th.

The Last Broadcast, the Doves' follow-up to their 2000 debut Lost Souls, has earned nominations for the U.K.'s Mercury Music Prize and the newer U.S. equivalent, the Shortlist Music Prize.
