Album Reviews
The Dominican production duo Luny Tunes has been called reggaeton's Neptunes, and its barrio-fabulous cuts are both spicy and luxuriant. This two-disc compilation finds the pair outfitting their clave with a handful of standby sounds -- synth stabs, spirited group choruses and hook-girl come-ons -- and a wide range of MCs, making convincing dips into Latin pop ("Verme") and speedy merengue ("Mayor Que Yo").
