Eight-minute back-to-back cuts from Steve Winwood and Robert Randolph bog down this tiny chunk of last fall's festival. Jack Johnson's "Taylor" is a snooze; only Southern rockers Kings of Leon and Drive-by Truckers manage to move beyond a jam-band boogie.
