An All-Star Tribute to Brian Wilson will be released on DVD/VHS on November 6th; the concert features guest performances by Elton John, Paul Simon, Aimee Mann and others . . . Ozzy Osbourne will kick off a five-city, in-store promotional tour behind his new album, Down to Earth, starting October 16th in Hollywood . . . Shaggy and 'N Sync are among the performers scheduled for the 2001 Billboard Music Awards, which will take place on December 4th in Las Vegas; John Mellencamp will be presented with the Billboard Century Award . . . B.B. King will release his first-ever holiday album, A Christmas Celebration of Hope, on November 6th, with proceeds going towards City of Hope, a biomedical research center . . . A Nevada man has filed a lawsuit against Mick Fleetwood's Fleetwood Owen auction house, claiming that the company sold him an inauthentic Elvis Presley guitar . . .
