They're on another mission from God. The Blues Brothers are at it again. The sequel to the smash 1980 hit, The Blues Brothers, The Blues Brothers 2000, is due out in February of 1998.| The movie will be accompanied by a soundtrack on Universal Records which will showcase tracks by musical legends like B.B. King, Junior Wells, Lonnie Brooks, Sam Moore, Wilson Pickett, Taj Mahal, Paul Shaffer and members of the original Blues Brothers Band.

Also resurfacing in roles created in the first movie will be Aretha Franklin, The Right Reverend Cleophus James and James Brown. Contemporary artist such as Blues Traveler, Erykah Badu and Jonny Lang will also make appearances. (Brandon Barber)
