In Houston's "screw" scene, producers pitch down their music to suit their mellow, codeine-sipping fans. Big Moe is a gargantuan singsong rapper whose narcoleptic, syrupy vocals perfectly embody the screw aesthetic. On Eighties-soul-inspired tracks such as "Throwedsville" and "My Girl," producer Salih Williams delivers salacious bass lines and shimmering synths that make the big man jiggle with joie de vivre.
