Orton Unplugs on U.S. Tour

Singer-songwriter will play acoustic sets for fall shows

Beth Orton will kick off an acoustic leg of her tour behind the critically-acclaimed Daybreaker on November 10th in Atlanta. The November 15th date in Columbia, Missouri will be a free show. Orton is currently wrapping up a U.K. tour. For the North American dates she will be accompanied by guitarist Ted Barnes, who co-wrote three of the songs on Daybreaker, bassist Ali Friend and cellist Ollie Krause.

In November, the latest single from Daybreaker, "Anywhere," will be released as a double twelve-inch single with remixes by Two Lone Swordsmen, Adrian Sherwood and Four Tet.
