Album Reviews
For more than two decades, Bad Religion have disguised their brainy observations on war and corruption as simple two-minute blasts of punk-rock vehemence. But here they temper the formula with violins, electronic overtones and even a little hip-hop. Couple that with a vicious three-guitar attack, and new songs such as "Los Angeles Is Burning" and "Let Them Eat War" mark the beginning of something new: arena rock with a rabid edge.
