Andrew W.K. will keep the party going after his stint on the Vans Warped Tour ends July 31st. On August 16th, the rocker launches a headlining tour to preview his album The Wolf, due September 9th. Confirmed dates stretch through September 16th, and more shows will be announced in the coming weeks: W.K. says he wants to stay on the road for "at least a whole year straight."

W.K. is hoping that The Wolf's scorchers like "Totally Stupid," "Long Live the Party" and "Tear It Up," the lead single, will encourage even some moms to take up headbanging. "The themes on this record are universal and ageless," he says. "So far I've gotten feedback from three moms, and they all like it. There's gotta be more out there."

Included in the album package will be a bonus DVD that contains previously released music videos and additional live footage.
