Posted Oct 28, 1997 12:00 AM

Get your Christmas lists ready! Mammoth Records will release MTV's Best of the Buzz Bin, Volume Two on Nov. 4. |

Last year's collection of hits from Stone Temple Pilots, Bush and Dave Matthews Band to name a few, helped raise more than $130,000 for AmFAR, the country's leading non-profit organization for AIDS research.

This year's compilation features the likes of Chemical Brothers, 311, Nada Surf, Goo Goo Dolls and Counting Crows and hopes to raise even more money.

The "Buzz Bin" began featuring unknown bands ten years ago in an attempt to propel talented artists into the mainstream. Since then, the "Bin" has come to represent freestyle expression and has raised the standard for quality music. (Lana Fanelli)
